What's the purpose of this Club?
The member's usage is exclusive and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Can I give my treatment to someone else?
To cancel, it is necessary to provide a notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Members will enjoy a 10% discount on additional treatments. However, if a treatment is already on sale, no further discounts will be applied.
Can the 10% Discount be applied on Sale?
It is necessary to schedule all treatments included in the package. In order to cancel or reschedule your treatment, you must provide notification within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered as the treatment being completed.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Please be aware that treatments are not cumulative. It is necessary to use them every month, as they will not carry over to the following months if not used.
